Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is completely incurred by the customer. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you have asked us to do so.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may occasionally reconsider a purchase. However, please note that all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled once placed. For returns, kindly refer to our return policy detailed above.

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
  • All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
